Well, now I've gone and done it.

This is the culmination, or perhaps the final descent into madness, of my primary worldbuilding project for the last dozen years or so. I’m going to assume that anyone who is viewing this page is at least nominally familiar with it, but if you aren’t then feel free to poke at the Introduction section below.

So why a Wiki? The main reason is that this is the sanest, or at least least-insane, way I can think of to easily stick all my notes and writeups and whathaveyou in one place. Right now they’re spread across a couple LJ accounts, several notebooks, and a hideous pile of documents on this comp. That just won’t do, not if I want to make something coherent. So as a result, we’re here, in a way that allows me to plug new material in readily instead of having to jump through a dozen tiny, flaming hoops every time I want to update something. That and I can open the thing up somewhat to allow others to make changes should they have ideas/suggestions/etc., though I don’t expect to do that for more than a handful of people yet. As I get this developed, I’ll probably open the sandbox some more.

These articles as posted are often far from their final incarnation. If something feels like it needs more information, it will probably have it eventually.
